These items are handcrafted and due to COVID delivery times have been extended in some cases even further than normal. These quilts are imported, very special and take time to create. I will do my very best to keep you updated on the expected arrival date and appreciate your patience. Pre-order items will arrive within 3-7 days of the expected availability. In stock purchases are shipped from our distribution center to arrive in your home within 3-7 business days of placing your order for in stock items. Orders placed by noon central time will ship the same day.
Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order for in stock item as processing begins immediately.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return full-price item(s) within 30 days of purchase and sale item(s) within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, unworn and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. For your convenience, a pre-paid return shipping label is included with each order.
